Tom Heatherington

Founder

Tom is a senior executive with more than 30 years of success bringing new solutions and capabilities to the health industry, much of it centered on consumer health. He has led large-scale transformations for health plans, providers, government agencies, and life sciences organizations across North America and Europe. Many of these initiatives have involved integrating solutions from early-stage companies, scaling them to meet the needs of large institutions. Throughout, the focus has held steady, turning emerging health innovation into strategies and business plans that reach the people they are meant to serve.

In his personal life, Tom is pursuing certification as an Iyengar yoga instructor, a practice he views as a significantly undertapped path to improving healthspan, particularly for older adults. For him, teaching yoga is a direct extension of the conviction behind his work, that the right approach to health can change how well, and how long, people live.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health and the Katz Graduate School of Business, where he earned his MHA and MBA. He serves as an adjunct professor for the School of Public Health.
